Patches Animals Rescue, Inc. is a small all breed rescue based in southern
Wisconsin. We take in homeless pets,,provide medical care, assess them, and find them
new homes.

Interested parties must complete an
Adoption Application, consent to a vet check, and come
to meet the animal in its foster home.  Prior to placement, all our animals are
spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, checked for parasites, tested for
heartworm, and microchipped.

Patches Animals Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Margie is a 9-sh year old female Beagle mix with a super sweet disposition and wonderful
"how ya doing?" personality.    Margie was a stray at MADACC (Milwaukee Area Domestic
Animal Control  Facility) and she had a big lump on her jaw.  Because she was so sweet,
they put out a plea for someone to help her and we did.  (Who can resist a sweet
Beagle?) It was initially thought the lump was an abscessed tooth, however, it turned out
to be a tumor.

We are in search of a long term foster home for Margie while she undergoes surgery
and possible chemo therapy.

The good news is this kind of tumor can be removed with surgery and treated with
radiation, if necessary.   However, the "bad news" is it will cost around $1,500 for the pre-
surgery testing and the surgery itself.   Patches is seeking donations to help pay for
Margie's surgery.   We are working on setting up a PayPal account, so for now, if you
would like to make a donation, please email us at
patchesanimalrescue@yahoo.com.

Margie Needs Help!
Hello, Henry!

Henry got a rough start to his life and was placed in foster care at 5 weeks of age.    His foster home
did a fantastic job helping Henry grow up.  Henry developed into a wonderful, smart, and loving pup,
so his foster family adopted him.  We can't thank them enough for all they did for Henry!

We also need to thank Badger Rescue Animal Transport Services, Inc., for their help with Henry
and his siblings.  Because of their transport services, many animals are given another chance at a
great life.  Sa-lute!
